Reserve your spot to watch a live concert featuring The Recycled Orchestra from Paraguay.

Don’t miss this one-of-a-kind virtual event streamed live from the shores of the Paraguay River on Friday, March 26th.

The Recycled Orchestra is an ensemble unlike any other. That’s because their instruments are made out of trash found in the landfill of the Cateura community in Paraguay.

Families in the slum make a living by scavenging trash from the landfill to resell. Kids regularly get pulled out of school to help. During rainstorms, the landfill floods, and residents have to wade through contaminated water.

The young musicians of The Recycled Orchestra are turning that trash into music, by crafting instruments made out of cans, wooden spoons, bent forks, drainpipes, melted copper, coins, spoon handles, cans and bottle caps.

Now you have a chance to see The Recycled Orchestra, live in concert from the comfort of your own home.
